This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused and highly organised individual with strong experience in apparel product development, garment construction and supplier management.

Working across multi-category womenswear collections, you will manage the product development process from initial concept through to bulk production, ensuring products meet quality standards, commercial objectives and critical deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate development records, line lists and weekly work-in-progress reports.
  • Support supplier negotiations and cost management to achieve commercial targets.
  • Ensure products are delivered to the required quality standards and agreed timelines.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2–5 years’ experience in apparel product development, ideally within womenswear or a multi-product environment.

  • Previous experience working within a wholesale business environment.
  • Proven experience managing overseas factories and suppliers.
  • Understanding of sourcing, factory allocation and product development processes.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in accessories product development would be advantageous.

This role would suit a proactive, detail-oriented Product Developer who enjoys working collaboratively across teams and managing products through every stage of development.
