Store Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to join a well-established fashion footwear retailer in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail professional with a strong background in fashion retail management, store operations and team leadership.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing a successful retail team and delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, maximising store performance and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve store targets.
• Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for commercial growth.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create an engaging shopping experience.
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Coach, mentor and support team members to encourage professional development.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Implement effective store processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Build a positive, motivated and customer-focused team culture.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
• Experience within fashion, footwear, accessories or a comparable retail environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage KPIs and improve store performance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and motivating teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of retail operations.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, enthusiastic and results-driven approach.
